Congratulations, Ethan!

We’re proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement by Ethan Batt, who has excelled in the final year of his apprenticeship and been awarded the Goulburn TAFE Award for Best in Class (Statement of Excellence).

Ethan joined the Quarry in January 2023 as a Mature Age Apprentice Plant Mechanic, and over the past three years he has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and professionalism. His strong work ethic, technical capability, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a real impact across the team.

This recognition is a testament to Ethan’s determination and the high standard he sets for himself every day. It also reflects the value of investing in people who are passionate about their craft and committed to continuous improvement.
