Positioned in the centre of Sydney’s Green Square renewal area, the Green Square Public School & Community Spaces project delivers a sophisticated four-storey education and community facility designed for one of the city’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods. The development brings together modern classrooms, adaptable learning environments, rooftop play spaces and multipurpose community halls that support both daily school use and wider community activity.

Gunlake Concrete partnered with Hutchinson Builders and BVN Architects to supply high-performance concrete solutions across the project’s intricate structural design. With more than 4,000m² of in-situ, pigmented Class 2 concrete required, the build demanded accuracy, consistent finish quality and logistical precision within a dense urban site. Gunlake delivered specialised mixes tailored for structural performance, durability and architectural finish.
