Before joining Gunlake, Phil played a pivotal role in the Construction Materials Industry, spearheading transformative growth strategies and cultivating high-performing teams prepared to lead in the future. Earlier in his career, Phil spent 20 years as a Senior Executive with Diageo Plc, a leading premium alcoholic beverage company, where he held various international roles across Australia and Asia.
