Daniel Kavo’s journey in the construction materials industry began with hands-on roles, including concrete placement and pumping. Over the years, he transitioned into various positions, from yard man to batcher and allocator, before finding his passion in technical sales.

Daniel has played integral roles in major commercial, multi-residential, and infrastructure projects across NSW. His expertise in finding value-driven solutions for clients led him to serve as the NSW project director for notable endeavours like Snowy 2.0 and Metro projects in Sydney.
Today, as Gunlake’s Group Head of Sales, Daniel continues to leverage his extensive experience and customer-focused approach to drive growth within the company.
