People seems to have different views on whether it’s worthwhile talking to Gunlake about issues. Some have been surprised at how willing Gunlake is to listen and address issues raised, others think it’s not worth complaining because no one will listen. What should the community do?

Gunlake see complaints as a community opportunity, to evaluate our processes and consider alternative ways. That’s why we have a feedback/complaints process on the website, the CCC takes its responsibilities to audit these seriously. Complaints often result in suggestions and appropriate solutions. We’re are happy to work with the community on these processes. The CCC will be inviting comments, suggestions and solutions, and driving these initiatives via regular community meetings.
Gunlake Concrete will re-open on Monday 2nd August, in line with the latest NSW Government health advice for Greater Sydney. Please contact your sales representative for any further information, assistance or to place an order.
Here at Gunlake, we are committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, customers, contractors and partners, and we are constantly monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation.
We pride ourselves on always providing our customers with a high-level of service, and we have implemented wide-ranging safety measures to ensure we limit the spread of COVID-19. Gunlake is adopting Government policy relating to self-isolation, social distancing and travel restrictions. We have also implemented the following steps to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and maintain the safety of our customers and staff:
We have increased across all our sites the availability of hygiene products, we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our plants and trucks, and our team are constantly being educated on the current Government hygiene advice.
We have strict protocols in place for all our delivery drivers to implement social distancing protocols to limit contact with customers and colleagues.
We have limited the access to all our sites to relevant production personnel only.
All our employees have been notified to self-report any symptoms and to self-isolate when required, in keeping with the current Government advice.
In these challenging times, Gunlake will continue to monitor and respond whenever necessary to this evolving situation. We will ensure to communicate with our customers, contractors and staff members how we are managing the situation, as circumstances change, as we strive to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, employees and our business as a whole.
Please get in contact with your account manager for any queries relating to this communication or should you suspect any cases of COVID-19 are on your site.
