Gunlake has supported the Goulburn and District Education Foundation (GDEF) for three years, to help local students pursue their academic goals.
On Friday 10th February, Gunlake had the honour of presenting the 2017 GDEF grant recipients from Goulburn and Crookwell with their scholarships.
Courtney Macpherson, who completed her HSC at TAFE in 2016, was one of the recipients from Goulburn. She had always dreamed of studying law but feared the financial burden of travelling to university would prevent her from pursuing her goal.
Thanks to this grant, Courtney will be heading to ANU to study double degree in Law and Arts with a major in Philosophy.
Gunlake representatives were thrilled to attend the ceremony and meet the students to wish them all the best for their bright futures.

We have limited the access to all our sites to relevant production personnel only.
All our employees have been notified to self-report any symptoms and to self-isolate when required, in keeping with the current Government advice.
In these challenging times, Gunlake will continue to monitor and respond whenever necessary to this evolving situation. We will ensure to communicate with our customers, contractors and staff members how we are managing the situation, as circumstances change, as we strive to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, employees and our business as a whole.
